The solution to the failure of the hardware vibration plate

The hardware vibrating plate is an auxiliary feeding device for automatic assembly or automatic processing machinery. It can arrange various products in an orderly manner, and cooperate with automatic assembly equipment to assemble various parts of the product into a complete product, or cooperate with automatic processing machinery to complete the processing of workpieces.
The method of checking the failure of the hardware vibration plate:
1. The size of the top plate is roughly φ80mm to φ800mm.
2. The rated voltage is AC 220V or 110V and the frequency is 50Hz. The vibrating plate adopts full-wave excitation or half-wave excitation as required.
3. The hardware vibration plate can be divided into clockwise and counterclockwise according to customer requirements.
4. When packing, check whether the whole machine and its accessories are consistent with the packing list.
5. Check whether the firmware of each part of the host is loose.
6. After adjusting the height and level of the vibration plate, fix the base on the fixed plate or bracket.
7. There should be an appropriate gap between the outlet of the vibrating plate and the connecting equipment, so as not to affect the normal operation of the vibrating plate.
8. Electric control is connected to the electric plug of the vibrating plate, turn on the power, turn on the switch, slowly turn the controller, and gradually reach the required feeding amount. It is important to adjust the vibrating plate to the value before starting up, so as not to damage the thyristor.
If it does not vibrate after turning on the power, check whether the fuse of the electrical controller is blown, whether the electrical components are loose, whether the plug and socket are in poor contact, and if the conveying speed fails to meet the requirements, pay attention to the following three;
1. Check whether the screws that fasten the elastic element are loose.
2. Whether the spring sheet is broken.
3. Whether the electromagnetic gap is too large, the normal gap corresponds to the distance between the electromagnet and the armature of the small hardware vibration plate within the range of 0.5MM to 1.2MM, and the non-parallelism between the iron core and the armature working surface is not more than 0.02MM.
