1. Connect the controller to the 220V voltage. If the indicator light is not on, check the position of the fuse outside the controller to see if the fuse is in good condition.
2. Connect the controller to 220 voltage, adjust the speed regulating rotary switch, whether it can rotate in the specified direction, check the speed of the spring vibration plate, gradually become faster, so that the discharge rate of the spring vibration plate can reach the speed required by the customer greater than 20% Above, if the voltage is unstable, the spring vibrating disc will appear fast and slow.
3. The spring vibrating disc can place the workpiece at one time according to the size of the disc. For example, when the workpiece in the vibrating disc does not cover the chassis, the material will be added immediately.
4. If the speed-adjusting rotary switch rotates to the end during the work of the vibrating disc, and the work still cannot move, please stop the machine immediately and check whether the chassis is faulty. If the chassis does not go, there are approximately the following reasons:
1. The spring sheet is broken;
2. The bolts are loose;
3. The spring sheet needs to be reconditioned.

Approach:
1. Change the spring sheet;
2. Tighten the bolts;
3. Adjust the spring.
Note: To adjust the spring plate, choose any one of each group of spring plates, loosen the bolts slightly, and check whether the speed of the spring vibration plate changes. The plate is replaced with a thick one, and in this way the vibration plate can be adjusted to the required speed.
