The function of the spring vibrating plate: mainly to put the disordered and messy granular products in the plate. by shaking. Select the materials and make the products neat and orderly and send them out one by one. The spring vibrating plate is an auxiliary feeding device for automatic assembly or automatic processing machinery, referred to as the parts feeding device. The working principle of the spring vibrating plate: frequency converter, motor, and automatic conveying function.

1. Confirm that the vibration body is located on the disk surface and is indeed locked
2. Adjust the controller button to the middle position
3. Turn on the power and check whether the conveying speed of the spring vibrating plate meets the requirements
4. If the requirements are not met, loosen any one of the fixing screws that lock the shrapnel and check the vibration speed change
5. If the shrapnel fixing screw is loosened and the vibration speed becomes faster, it means that the shrapnel is too thick. After moderately reducing the number or thickness of the shrapnel, proceed with the steps and debug again.
6. On the contrary, after moderately increasing the shrapnel or thickness, proceed with the steps and debug again
7. If the adjustment of the steps does not change the vibration speed, it means that the adjustment of the shrapnel has been completed.
8. The electromagnets should be aligned, the gap should be 1---1.5mm, and the gap should be parallel
