Why is the temperature of the plastic vibration plate too high during use?

The vibration plate of the plastic parts will emit some heat during the working process, and the base will heat up a little, which is a normal operation phenomenon, but sometimes the temperature rises rapidly and the temperature is too high or even feel hot. This must be a problem with the vibration plate of the plastic parts. The manufacturer of the vibration plate of hardware and plastic parts makes the following summary on the reasons for the high temperature rise during the operation of the vibration plate of plastic parts:
1. The electromagnet insulation is damaged. The insulation should be replaced from scratch at this point.
2. The grid voltage is too low or the line voltage drop is too large. For example, there is poor contact somewhere in the main circuit of the vibration plate or the grid voltage is too low, causing the electromagnetic torque of the vibration plate to drop greatly, making the vibration plate overloaded. Check the main circuit to eliminate the bad phenomenon or adjust the grid voltage.
3. The electromagnet winding is short-circuited. You can check the outside of the electromagnet with the inspection light. If the breaking point is outside the electromagnet, you can reconnect and wrap the insulation; if the breaking point is inside the electromagnet, you should remove the rewind or replace the new electromagnet or base.
4. Not operating according to the rules. The vibration disc must operate according to the rules. For example, the "short-time" and "intermittent" vibration disc cannot run for a long time, because the winding wire diameter and rated current are smaller than the long-term operation of the vibration disc.
5. The air duct is blocked. Now use the brush to clean the air duct.
6. The armature winding is short-circuited. The short-circuit detector can be used to check. If the short-circuit point is outside the winding, the insulation can be wrapped; if the short-circuit point is inside the winding, the rewinding should be removed.
7. The sensational disk is overloaded for a long time. When the vibration plate is overloaded, the current of each winding exceeds the rated current, which will cause the vibration plate to overheat. If the load is not adjusted in time, the insulation function of the winding will be deteriorated, and eventually the winding will be short-circuited or grounded, so that the vibration plate cannot work normally.
